Being a living, breathing musical instrument means that the fuel we give it makes a difference.  That means that recipes and meal prep is an important tool for singers.

If you have ever been part way through a singing lesson, rehearsal or performance and suddenly, deeply regretted the meal you had an hour ago…then this blog is for you!

You may want to bookmark this page so you can return to download recipes anytime you need them.  (NB…this is neither comprehensive nor complete…but it is a growing collection!)

Here is a collection of recipes gathered myself and recommended by friends.  It is winter weather heavy at the moment and I want to add summer recipes as the year goes on.
